On December 2, 2007 I ordered a consignment of 64 Gillette razor blade cartridges from OnlyGillette. A shipment from the firm finally arrived at the end of March. At that time, I was away on business. When I got home in June, just two out of 64 cartridges were waiting. But I have still been charged 150 USD. OnlyGillette has done nothing in response to my repeated requests for support. Anyone have any advice on getting my money back? read full review »

I was in the wareham, MA Rte, 6 store 6/13/08. I had three young children with me. As I was looking to cash out to see what was available I noticed one that cashier had some items on the belt and 1 person being processed. Thinking the items on the belt was that persons I went in that line. 2 young little boys where standing just prior to the entrance. I didn't think too much about it. I order a TwinXL mattress topper from Isoform.com. on June 16, 2008. On June 18th, I received an email from this company showing my invoice and stating that another email would be sent to me when shipment was made. It also said if there were any corrections to be made please send email to [email protected]. The invoice showed a Twin (not TwinXL) mattress pad. I got the Uppa Baby Vista as a gift and it has inconvenienced my life. I live in Toronto and I could not ride the streetcar and as I was trying to raise the stroller up my child who is only one month old at the time almost fell off the bassinet. I just bought a brand new case of Acuvue Oasis contacts, on the first day I was experiencing eye irritation, very minor. I properly removed the contact from my right eye and experienced an excrushiating pain, when to the hospital to find out that the severe pain was from a corneal ulcer in the middle-left of my cornea, after days of severe pain, the doctors have considered me thier main case and informed me that once i heal i will have a permanent scare on my cornea and will require laser surgury. I hired Bridges Limousine here in the SF Bay Area to get me and my family to and from the San Francisco airport in June 2008. We made a long-awaited trip to Maui. The limo driver WAS on time for the trip to take us to the airport the morning of our trip. On Friday, I went into the store to buy a cell phone to have a Pay As You Go service. They offered me a package that included the phone & a free $50 card of minutes. She told me the phone takes 10 minutes for them to activate it for me, but they would deduct $15 of the $50 free minutes to do this for me. She handed me the phone after 10 minutes and told me it takes about 2 hours for the phone to work. I paid them $78.39, and I left the store. I had a bad experience when I called them to buy a Olympus E-510. The price for the package with 2 lenses was $469.00 w/free shipping and no tax. Sounded like a great deal - so I tried to buy it over the website - the order would not go through until you spoke to someone on the phone - this guy tried to sell me a battery as well as the charger and for a lot more than the market price. Additionally the instruction booklet is not in English - you will have to fork out extra $$$ to get that - at this point I cancelled the purchase thinking that the camera was probably fake or something else. read full review »

These people a sharks. Even though I cancelled with Dazzelwhite and returned the product within the proper time, I started receiving the small charges to my bank account from Healthmember and OnV/Insidertips. I called 866-989-8945 which is a number that handles the complaints of which "thank God I found here on the Complaint Board", they gave me the individual phone numbers for those other sharks to individually cancel with them, which is what you have to do even if you've already canceled your free trial order with Dazzle... read full review »

I ordered the antivirus for my work computer on 7/20/09 and all it did was cause more problems, it actually made my computer crash...so between the headache and the money we had to spend to get it fixed it has been 5 x's the trouble that i ever had to start with... We hold a landline (no 30684423) and broadband of Relaince communications. The incoming and outgoing calls as well as internet is unavailable from 19th August 2009. As per reliance communication our bill for july 2009 was pending. But we had already paid the bill. After clearing this issue with customer care now they are saying our credit limit was exceeded. And RCL disconnected our phone without any prior information from 19th August 2009. If RCL is having any issues regarding billing or so, they should communicate with us. I have been phoning your Mumbai (India) phone numbers (28352882/87) from Mumbai for the last 45 minutes and 80% of the time no one picks up. The other 20% you find that the phone is busy and there is a recorded message from the telephone company "to try later" Similarly the toll free number at Noida (India) 1800-180-9999 when dialled, you get a recorded message to dial 1/2/3/4 for different languages, but it keeps giving the same message even after the number is pressed and finally gets cut. They cheated me when giving connection. I was told 11.95% discount per phone registered in the house, so in total I will get around 48% discount. I registered and did not use the connection because I found out through customer service that the discount amount told is not correct. I have been receiving bills without using the service despite getting the service disconnected 3 times and without ever making a call. I have no idea how to get rid of this company. T-Mobile's new charge for paper bills should be illegal! Forcing someone to own a computer/pay for internet service in order to pay their bill is prejudicial and unethical. My 86 year old parents need a cell phone for safety. They do not own, nor know how to use a computer, nor should they be forced to. In their area, there are limited cell phone options. I moved recently from an area serviced by Time Warner. They had their minor problems, all fixed on the spot. Charter Communications: 1. I've had to have repair men over to my house four times to fix the cable TV. I've paid for premium services and they black out, the sound vanishes. Actually, 1/2 of the time it is simply useless.
