One of the worst customer service experiences ever. The staff at this location is extremely rude. It's rare to encounter people who are so inconsiderate and oblivious to customers needs. I experiences a few minor problems with my rental truck, and instead of helping me, they continually blamed me and threatened to lump on additional charges. After signing the agreement with this company the nightmare began. Everything was scheduled, the day before pickup the schedule person called and insisted they be allowed to pick up furniture 6 hours earlier than scheduled. Drop off was scheduled for 1 week later. I received a damaged TV from Vanns. I placed the order last week. The TV was finally at the shippers location yesterday, the day of delivery. I spoke with an AJ at the shipping location who informed me there were no drivers available to deliver and advised we could pick it up if we wanted to or we would have to wait until the following day for delivery. National Marketing Strategies fails to deliver after charging a large set up fee on telemarketing leads. The approach is to say you pay us for your leads when you sell something we only charge a small $850 set up fee and then you go to work. Seems reasonable enough but then you discover that the same is non-delivery of qualified leads. So you can't provide the sales that make them money, thus it is your fault and they are the victim? I received the order within a few days, however, money has been taken out of my checking account four (4) times since then including a charge of $87.47. I have been a customer of Reliance Home Comfort/Energy pretty much since they first started advertising. The first year they seemed to do a good job when they did my yearly inspection of my furnace and my a/c. The technician washed down my a/c, checked everything, did the furnace, and I felt he did a thorough job. Little did I know that I would never get as good a service again! Additional options were not approved at the time of renewal of the our web site is an act of malfeasance at their hosting site. They added security options which were not needed nor requested. They dropped these options when complaints were made but would not complete any refund for these services.
