We lost internet in July 2010 as we had an old router. Movistar said they would send one out - it is now November 2010 and after 12 phone calls, each time promising we would get it in 10 days, we still have no router and am unable to use our internet. I have never know such a company to give terrible customer service. Since July we have been paying 69 euros each month for internet that we can't access without the new Movistar router. I've held a RCI timeshare for 10 years. In those 10 years I've never be satisfied with the product $700 per year in maintenance fees, $179 in booking fees, $50 per year in membership fees and pay taxes on my 1 bedroom condo that I have the priviledge of being able to use for 1 week a year. The website claims that a 35 year experienced trader, Timothy Morge, will lead mini-mentorship sessions 3 times a week as part of your subscription. One day a week is free to anyone. So that leaves 2 times a week. 1 time a week is led by a truck driver with no bio or resume given as to his trading or teaching experience. I recently found myself with memberships in book clubs and online music sites that I did not sign up for. Getting these canceled is a long process. I have gotten letters saying they can not process my orders because they thankfully don't have my credit card. But one of them keeps sending books an I send them back.
