Mothernature.com has great products for good prices, but they are very slow to mail items. This is the second time they have waited 2 weeks or more to ship my order. I tried cancelling the order because I needed the vitamins asap, but they say it's "in process" and can't be cancelled. The last time I complained after waiting 3 weeks, and they were very glib in their answer. Some day in August, 2010, I went online to book hotel for my California trip with my family. I clicked in Howard Johnson Hotel website and booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. However, I had a problem with my internet (I used a wireless one) couple time at that moment so I though that my booking was not going through. Although the practice exams I've used do seem to be functional in terms of preparing me for the real exam, getting any usable assistance from their support department is difficult at best. My experience has been that they always send back a scripted response rather than actually reading your description of the problem, and trying to offer targeted suggestions. When I signed in with my personal info everything seemed up front. I was told they would send the paper work for me to fill in the info and return for review. I received a document requesting personal info(health, age, benefits, housing, ;etc.) We ask for a business grant to repair existing building.Now they will not answer their phone.They also received the up front money which was to be guaranteed refund if I did not receive a grant. I have been getting repeated phone calls from this company, from somebody by the name of steve yudek (sp). He only identifies himself and not the agency he is calling from. I did a reverse number look up so that is how I know it is this company. He is constantly calling me at work and at home and has gotten to the point where he is harrassing the switchboard operator. I will not speak with anyone that I do not know if they do not identify the company they are calling from. A week after cleaning service was don by this company we inspectecd our chimney from the roof of our house. The chimney was cloged all the way. We are lucky we didn't catched fire. It was Sunday. They advertised themselves as shooting for a Fortune 500 magazine with pay. Gorgeous applicants only need apply. They ask for strange amount of info-not billing information however. As I generally have had positive experiences with Avis worldwide, I have recently decided to rent one of their cars in Brasilia, Brazil (Reservation #32664714US5). I was surprised when I was handed a very worn-out and noisy jalopy (c. 60, 000 mi old!) at a very high rate (approximately US$ 50+/day). I am getting in a cruise ship tomorrow. I paid $600 on my carnival credit card issued by barclay bank. Paid for complete exhaust system. Used part of old system. Damaged new parts. Made noise afterward. Wanted to charge more to correct the problem. I bought a Neeru's Salwar Kameez set on 5th November to wear for a function on Sunday.
