They have over 52 complaints filed with the BBB.org. there are hundreds more on google search including complaintsboard.com and my3cents.com to name but a few. Servpro was hired by my apartment complex to clean the debris in the garages left by the flooding. Servpro cleaned the garages in my building on a rainy/snowy day. To prevent the gas generator used to power wash the garages from getting "ruined", the geniuses put the generator inside the building rather than outside. I am very unhappy about threatening phone calls, sometimes several a day. In July '10 I had 9 windows installed by Sears using a contracted company called Arcor at a cost of $10431.45. I was assured these windows comply with the Gov't Energy Audit standards and was told I should get a rebate of 9x$40=$360. I had an issue after All American Propane filled my tank and called them to let them know about it. The woman I spoke with was very rude to me and made me fill as if she did not want my business. I told her that I would be looking into finding a new gas company. All American Propane came today and took the tank without me canceling my service. I have had problems from the day the unit was installed. (My plumber said I would hate it and he was soooo right) What a joke to call it the "quiet series" when it sounds like a rocket launch from start to finish. Dishes mostly come out more dirty than when they were put in...a salt looking deposit left behind. The racks are rusting out and the door latch broke. It is less than 5 years old and I will need to replace as nothing is on warranty.
