Contracted with Authentic Homes in Sherwood Park to build a RTM (ready to move) house in September 2009 for completion and delivery by January/February 2010. I purchased a new e-320 Genesis grill from Weber 10 months ago. I ordered it from Amazon because I wanted to gold color exterior. Out of the box, the grill had a gas leak and couldn't be used. My frig under AMC with tne company failed to cool properly and I registered acomplaint with them on 4/4/2011.After inspection on 4/4/2011, informed me that gas has to be filled.On 5/4/2011 their mechanic tried to fill the gas but failed.He informed that he has to drill ahole at the back of the fridge and connect apipe externally to fill the gas, as the original pipe fitted internally as clogged. Received quote to hide all wires behind my TV, DSTV and Decoder in the wall on the 23 March and accepted. The owner, Izak Postma, came on 24th to start the job. As you will see on their advert, they say that it is a "dustless job" and also that it is "same day service". I purchased this item on line. I chose this company because they could deliver the fastest and matched price. Unfortunately delivery took 30 days, not 10 as was promised. The item came unassembeled which was NEVER disclosed on the site. The furniture was poorly made and has a sloppy finish. My husband is "handy" but the engineering and shoddy workmanship make it almost impossible to assemble. The average homeowner would find this almost impossible to deal with. I bought an Italian faucet from Sophisticated Plumbing and in 4 months it started leaking water from everywhere. I took it to Sophisticated plumbing for repair and they refused to fix it. I had to buy a new Kitchen faucet and spend in the exchange and installation of the new provisional faucet. They told me they cant refund me the money they took out, (by mistake) unless i get a legal document saying when i moved from a real estate agent.
