The problem started in August 28, 2007 when I approved for a GE Money Bank credit card to purchase a Stearns and Foster Queen Plaza mattress from Sleepy's. Had a new roof installed after hurricane Katrina. Shortly after I noticed a small leak develop in the dining room. Mr. Morgan came and attempted to fix the leak. I purchased a metal table with acid finish from Kolkka 4-5 years ago. This is an extremely high end manufacturer and we paid thousands for the table. Unfortunately, over the years, the table has become discolored where food/drink has come in contact with the acid finish. Very unsatisfied with J&B HomeCrafters. Rarely were they seen on the home site(s) to regulate the most important details of the home construction process. Construction problems would often compound. Very little concern for quality standards from subcontractors. They did not totally fulfill contractional agreements, VERY unorganized business practices. Do not use this company! Unique Landscaping had nothing but excuses to offer after they tore up my lawn and planted bushes that promptly died. The contract I signed last September was for landscaping, rip up of front lawn and reseed, and a guarantee for one full year on all plants used. Do not buy this dishwasher. We purchased a new one in 2006 and it has had many repairs (parts replacements) since then. The repairs have been free so far even after waranty expiration date however that's due to parts issues.
