An unauthorized payment for $$57.61 USD went through my visa, and no services were ever used. When I tried to contact the company, their customer service would only issue a partial refund of $40. A full refund request would have to be made through e-mail. All e-mail requests bounced back several times, and there was no other way to contact the company. A real scam! read full review »

Be ready to have no life no sick days and no family emergencys. I just moved here from montreal and this year happen to be the year where bad news just kept rolling in. Buyer Beware!! I bought a non-stick pan from Plasma and after 6 months it lost it's non-stick properties, even thought the warranty was for 20 years. This pan cost me almost $300 on top of it all. The pan is beginning to peel and horrible to cook on, it does not stand up to it's claims and is ready for the garbage. When I contacted the company they would not replace/refund it. My wife was charged twice for having her watch links removed to fit her wrist. Instead of measuring how many links needed to be removed, the manager asked my wife how many she wanted removed. Of course my wife never having removed links before guessed 4. Apparently, she needed to have guessed correctly because there needed to have been one more link removed.
