Recently, I came across few negative reviews on mensusa. Amazing! Simply can’t believe them to be true. A customer complained that he was sent a polyester suit and when asked for the returning the money back, they didn’t. Don’t know how come this is true. For over a week I argued, begged & pleaded at every level, 6 store reps, 6 online reps. In my opinion all of them incompetent and many rude. Autopay account deleted and recreate at least 4 times. The team was fast and efficient under the supervision of Alex - the foreman. They completed within the time frame they promised which was the main reason I hired them. The crew did an amazing job. Extremely disappointed with their business ethics. Made a reservation for rental in Vail, CO few weeks prior to arrival in March. This week got email that reservation had to be cancelled due to scheduling mistake, apparently owner of the property booked same place earlier then accidentally hit cancel and did not noticed it until I placed a reservation later on. I bought an ATV through Right Way going on 4 years ago. It is a 250 cc that came with water cool, electric start, alarm and a reverse. I'm a young professional, so while I have my "work clothes" and my street clothes, that doesn't make me any less of a shopper! I have found that going in there in jeans and a polo will not get me the same service that I receive in slacks and a shirt. On general principle, that is not how a store that preaches customer service should treat people going there to spend money on well price and decently made clothing. Came here a little bit ago to get a new suit for work. It just so happened I had lost 35 lbs! The customer service guy was very friendly and took my measurements. My fiance previously had good luck buying a suit here, they even took his old one that no longer fit back for a discount on his new suit. Given that and the deal we got at a bridal fair, we ended up choosing Mensusa for our wedding tuxes. While somewhat disappointed that they didn't have the tuxes in-store to try on and look at, they did let us try on similar suit coats. They were quite patient while we mulled over vests, and gave their opinons but without being pushy.
