Called First pic boat repair and maintenance for routine seasonal maintenance on my two year old boat.Set an appointment for him to come and service the boat.Hes a mobile service so I did not have to bring him the boat.He never showed for the appointment.Called him back and said he came to my house and I was not there.Okay...hard to beleive but I decided to let it go.Big mistake on my part.So the next day he finaly shows up and starts what looks like maintenance on the engine.Being way to trusting I let him do his job .The bill he presented me was about 150 dollars more then what he had told me on the phone."Thats the price" he said.He denied ever giving me a price over the phone and began being very rude.My husband was at work at the time and I did not feel comfortable around this man.So I paid him the money and he gave me a hand written receipt.My husband later checked the boat to see if all was as it should be.Lets just say he was not too happy.He alled a old friend of his, the one who repairs the boat on occasion and it seems that the coolant had not been changed and not much of anything else had been done.My husband tried calling the guy back several times with no luck.We decided to let it go.I just want to warn poeple of this company.Do not let this man near your boat or your property.His company name is First pic...black business card with a blue boat in background.He operates out of rockland, ontario.Please dont make the same mistake as me.My husband is currentely trying to find this theif.Good luck to all.His phone number is 613-889-0911.Hope you all avoid this bad bad bad company.
