We contacted ChipSpain.com on behalf of our cardholder to report a $776.00 fraud transaction which they were able to find and stop from being shipped to someone in Russia. We worked with a person there to refund the cardholders money since they were able to cancel the order and they never did. After filing eviction papers on one of my tenants, they hired attorney Dennis Chen to represent them. Mr. Chen managed to get the case dismissed after the tenants moved out. Now he is fighting me for his fees which are outrageous. 80 hours on an eviction case. That seems a little far fetched. After attending a hearing on the attorney fees, the judge awarded him the fees, but not at 80 hours only 8 hours. Bought and returned shoes from FootSmart. Notified Monday they received returns and would refund money in 2 business days. Called on the 3rd day, was told money was credited it my account, but takes 2 billing cycles to show. Called my bank, no money, payment I made was the same as cash, and atm accounts don't have billing cycles. Do not buy from them if there is a chance you have to return anything. Stay away from this site if you are ordering from outside the US! The sizes are erroneous (deadly .. example : a 29 fits a 34) and then .. the return policy : more than one month to have your return handled, no refund for most of the items, which leaves you with having to purchase items you do not want to use your balance. Mark Besnos and their workers do not know do construction experience with this company. I hired them to replace my aging roof, and the salesman was knowledgeable. Bought a coupon book for $40 from a door to door salesman coupon book had $400 of coupons 5 free oil changes plus lots of other stuff included. Made an appointment for 9am for a simple oil change got out of there at almost 11:00AM. Very hard selling tactics. You need this and this and this many hundreds of $ of repairs. On Monday, November 2, 2009 Sears Service Center would not remove and rotate tires, with lifetime rotation option, purchased from store because mechanic broke a stud removing the nut. Furthermore, he claims the nuts were put on incorrectly and could not be responsible. This site is about theft. They lead you down the path that you can order a new ss card on line but what you are actually getting is the forms you can get for free at the .gov site. of course you find this out after you have been charged a $19.00 convenience fee + a $10 dollar download fee for adobe reader that is free and comes with most browsers today. this is ok because they offer a 7 day return policy. you get a nice e mail saying you have been refunded with a nice little number to confirm this. when the money is not in your account they blame it on your bank and the circle jerk begins. 6 attempts to get this resolved and no money in sight... read full review »

I am very unhappy with the fact that scheduled programs are cancelled without notification and not adhered to. The worst is that they advertise these programs during the week and then they change their schedules and put sport on tv without notification!!! This has been happening for the last three weeks now and still it is not corrected and they are still advertising programs that do not show. I have been a loyal customer of Mnet since 1993 and can't believe that after all these years with all the latest technology that they still get their schedules wrong. If I remember correctly the last time that HIT designer was used it was still in Beta. It is not supposed to be released until it is running smoothly and a release date to the public. This company sells their customers information including credit card info after they sign you up for their membership. Here are some flaws the coupons are cut out of the sunday paper so your better off just clipping them yourselves...the $50 dollars in gas vouchers are only redeemable in $10 increments over 5 months time...the $25 gift certificate to a restaurant is actually a coupon that you have to spend at least $50 dollars and tip 18% to get the $25 dollars off. I bought a curling iron in October 2010. I got an extended protection plan (which was a waste). The curling iron broke and it is only 6 months old. The cord is bad and the unit keeps shutting off. I called to have it repaired. It cost $29.99 to buy. They want me to pay the shipping to return it to Arizona and also pay for the return shipment. After I pay the shipping, it will cost around 1/2 of what the product cost me. If a product breaks, I should not have to pay the shipping.
