Parked my car at client parking lot and they towed my car because it was left after hours. Contacted client and they did NOT call Buckwild to tow car. They towed it early in the morning so I was stranded in Suffern overnight and had to get a hotel because it was the middle of winter and I was in the middle of nowhere. Cloud nine systems cleaned my carpet with the wrong products. Concequently the carpet in my media room was damaged beyond repair. Cloud nine system made several visits which only made the intial situation worst. Cloud nine admitted on several occation that the problem was their fault and agreed to replace the carpet. 2010 Nitro bought April 2010. Called dealer to schedule a defect and was told to bring the car to the dealer. The sun roof visor constantly rattles and the clock looses approx. 5 minutes per month. The serv ice department stated all Nitros sun roof visors rattle and that i would have to "live with it". I was told I had to click on a particular box to unscrable my entire system (which didn't have a problem until this box appeared) and when I did there appeared a $99.90 charge on my account, but I got no service or address or phone number to contact them. As further insult, they proclaimed a 30 day refund trial period but gave no way to exercise said option (if there even was any 'program' at all). Our two Contour Adjustable Beds were delivered, on 3/12/2011, set up and demonstrated. A short time later I raised the bed to put the bottom sheet on. This business solicited our company to do cleaning of our building. We signed a year contract with them. When we signed, we had a different franchise owner. After about 6 months, he was replaced by another owner. We learned that he had been jerked around by the franchise, sueed them & won.
