I have been paying NABL (now USCT) for health insurance since Feb. 2010, and they have yet to pay a claim. I have contacted numerous times and been told about an address mix-up and backed-up claims therefrom repeatedly. To date they have not paid a single claim. I applied this to my 6 month old dog and it almost killed her. She foamed at mouth, threw up, pooped all over herself. Had to take her to VET and have shots for reaction.
