I had units of Infrastructure Advantage series i of UTI, a close ended scheme. The organisation and the concerned Registrar failed to refund the amount as promised in their communication. Three years of investment in the scheme resulted in huge loss. No dividend over three years, and the absolute value of the capital was eroded by about 20%. Made an appointment to get my recalled Maytag washer (dont recommend this brand AT ALL) with Maytags nominated service representative GGSL in Norwalk. They did not even call or show up. I called them and Maytag called them to figure out if they were coming or not. Mind you I had to take time off of my work to be there in the 4 hour window so when we were stood up, we were upset. They still are not returning or taking calls. In this economic climate, who is able to 1. I have been waiting for my livingroom furniture for 8 months. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. First they deliver the wrong furniture and try to blame me for the mistake. This is the second year I have used this pool. It has been nothing but a big pain. The filter is too small for the pool size and has to be cleaned every day. This is not an easy task and is not user friendly. The plunger valve assembly which turns off the water from the pool to the pump broke and the company is out of stock for the part. This makes it even more difficult to clean the filter and screen in the pump. And the parts department was not very helpful when I called to find out when the part would be available and what I was supposed to do in the meantime. read full review »
