I have noticed charges for the past few months for MVQ SHOPPING ESSENTIAL 877-442-5774 CT. I do not recall ever ordering or having a membership through this company. I called to investigate and could never get to a real person to request a refund or anything. I was able to cancel via the phone. POOR Quality: Bought $2, 000. sectional. Selected an upgraded fabric. After one year, fabric is pilling and lots of pulls. The ten year old couch that I replaced looked better. Stay away from using learn.com's LMS. We contracted with them (and paid them significant upfront money) to get an LMS working for us. After the contract was signed, we realized that what the sales people told us was completely different from what their implementation/services people were telling us. The product could not do half of the stuff that we were told it could. And...it would take 4 months and tens of thousands of dollars to make any changes to it. I have the TASCAM DR100 I purchased at B&H NYC. It is still under warranty. It has been consistently unpredictable. The lithium battery runs out very fast and the switch to the AA batteries is not always clear and I find myself out of juice at crucial moments. Phil repaired my cluster a while back and while it does work it is not accurate, the speedometer is about 4mph off of what its supposed to read (confirmed with speeding ticket and GPS) the fuel gauge does not read correctly either, my truck runs out of gas before the low fuel warning comes on. My experience with Orr seems to be the same as everyone else. No returned e-mails, no returned phone calls. Property owner claims that Orr has been paid entire contract less 50K, but Orr won't pay us and won't explain what they did with the money. The bank required no lien releases before handing over funds to Orr, so there is little trail as to who they paid and who they didn't pay. Times are tough enough right now.
