I purchased Spy Agent from Spytech Software after reading good reviews from PC magazine online. This was November of 2010. I attempted to install the software in early November with no luck. I could not access any type of control panel as indicated in the directions. I called for help, they suggested I disable my antivirus software, done, now I received a sysdiag error message. His name in the email and on the site was Kenny Scoby, but the check was from a John Brown. He wanted me to cash it, keep some of the money and send the rest to an elderly couple from haiti who relocated to New Jersey. I contacted this guy about some homework help I needed, I mentioned the topics I needed help in and he claimed he could do it. I sent him $300 and my homework. This guy sent it back the next day with completely wrong answers, no notes on how to do the work and he left a number of questions blank. He clearly did not know a thing about what I sent him and only told me he knew how to do it so he could take my money, he lied. I bought a chi hairdryer that was not cheap and after a year and a half the heating element went out. I looked on line to see who to call for repair and noticed numerous complaints of the same thing happening. I called the customer service to see what could be done about my hair dry and was told nothing. I mentioned all the complaints about the same thing happening and was still told they would do nothing. This company never told me how much the cost would approximately cost me, they told me I had the option of free shipping material or the more expensive material and when I got my invoice...It was WAY more than it should have been. They charged me $125 per man for stairs that were not used and 150 per man for an one flight elevator ride.
