I took in my car for an alignment on Tuesday, April 19 at around 1 p.m. When they finished, I took my car and on my way home I noticed the car was going towards the right side as if the alignment was not well done. I took it back and explained that to CSC. They look over the car again and stated they checked and the car was well aligned but they thought the car needed the rack and pignon done. I went on and it said that it WOULD NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD and only needed the number to verify that I was from the United States. Ok so I gave it to them. Ordered Bra from website with an expectation for delivery in 5 days. No response to emails. Phone always goes to answerphone. Messages left not returned. Payment taken immediately through RBSWorldPay. After 20 days of waiting for goods sent email to cancel order. Again no response or Acknowledgement although requested. Will now start recovery through credit card. On closer examination of the website the VAT is till showing as 17.5% so this has not been updated since VAT went up in January.
