I recently brought my 2010 Mercury Mariner to Torrington Ford because my air bag light had come on. My car has never been in an accident so this should have been an easy fix or reset. I am a contractor in California that installed many package units from Lennox Industries on homes in my area over the last seven years. Almost everyone of them have developed freon leaks in the evaporator coils after a couple of years. Lennox will warranty the coil but not the labor or Freon. This has required that the customer pay out of pocket for labor and Freon which costs several hundreds of dollars each time.
