My time was up with XM Satellite Radio. When I received th 1st bill I caled to cancel service. Later, when I received a telephone call I asked to cancel. After next bill, I wrote to correct. All this went to deaf ears. Then I received a call from a EOSCCA, a collection agency and could not get any help with this bill. Next I received a letter that the bill of $35.57 had been turned over to a collection agency. How does companies such as XM Sattelite Radio charge on something I did not renew and tried to cancel? I worked from 4/7/2011-4/20/2011. They drove too fast. Long working hours. I did not get paid. Some days they would not take me to a restroom. I purchased a secured card from this bank and it was prepaid. The card was expired and I had my checks directly deposited. After I closed it mind you prepaid could not go over the limit, and it had served it's limit. Over 10 years later I get a letter from a collection agency and they say I owe over $700.00. I call Bank of Marin, Credit one bank now and when I tell them I am recording this call they want me to stop recording or they will hang up and I would not so they hung up. we rent a garage from southpointe apartments. the garage costs an extra 25o on top of our lease. the roof leaks.. weve asked them to fix it several times.. the leaking water has ruined my 2000 mattress and all of the boxes around it. in addition to the leaky roof there are hundreds of rats. every box has rat feces. you cant step a foot on the ground without stepping in rat droppings. weve set traps and caught a few of them. weve notified property management as well as maintenance and they refuse to do anything about it. they told me thats why... read full review »

The company will ask you to come for an interview and then they will ask you to do a free test shoot for them on location which can take up to 5-8 hrs and sometimes in harsh weather conditions. Once that is done they will say that they will confirm the job in a week. Later they will simply mention that they will let me know on what days to come since it is kind of a freelance work. Flaman, took my money but would not finish the job as contracted.He had recieved most of his money and by not paying his sub contractors he has left me holding the bag and having to pay the subs.The work he did do was poor not fallowing the written instruction being one of his failings.He found it difficult to do any thing in the time frame there for letting the weather destroy work.
