FPL is at least 25 years behind other utilities in billing practices. It is so difficult to get them to consolidate all bills for a large customer. Personnel are very poorly trained. They cannot explain FPL stupid policies so they say, sorry this is our policy. When you ask to talk to a manager, they do not allow that.
