Thanks for your mail and your kind updating, Note that according to Malaysian immigration rules and regulation expatriate will provide the entire immigration required details alongside the processing charges according to Malaysia law in order to obtain employment insurance certificate EIC.

Petronas Oil Company has made provisions for your flight ticket and other things concerning your living in Malaysia, but the only charges you have to bear from your side is your employment insurance certificate EIC and working permit processing fees. This is according to the expatriate policy of Petronas then after that sends us a report of the expenses enable us open a reimbursement file with your information.

So you are advice to comply with Malaysian immigration services in order to send them their entire required details along with the processing charges to enable them proceed immediately because you need to travel to resume duty on record time according to our agreement. This said charges will be reimbursed to you by Petronas Oil Company according to our agreement.

Kindly keep we update regarding the processing between you and the department of Malaysian immigration services in case of advice where necessary.

Kindly accept our sincerely condolence but this is our law requirement if you are really interested to join the organization Petronas Oil Company any selected candidate must provide the EIC and work Permit charges according to Malaysia law and Expatriate policy of Petronas you have to send a report of your expenses to your Host company for your total reimbursement.

The Company will reimburse you the EIC and Work Permit expenses along side with your first month upfront salary according to their policy.

So kindly send the required documents along with EIC and Work Permit charges transfer receipt.
