Do not touch this company with a bargepole.
They will offer you a free 4 week trial which conveniently you can only cancel through their website, and even if you cancel it the day before the trial ends you will shortly receive an invoice for £695!
If you then go back on the website there is no mention of your cancellation just an email welcoming you to your 12 month subscription that was not signed up for!
Cancelling this useless service will cost you £175, BE WARNED.

I bought an AC of video-con in last summer and till today they have not entertained me for a single service, whenever i requested them to give a service they told me that the shopkeeper is responsible for the service we are not responsible for this . This a very bad impression i have encountered with this company. I will request people not to buy a single product of Videocon.

I went for a custom Tattoo and they gave me a pile of dump!!! It's embarrassing in this day and age it looks like a Tattoo from the 80's. Luke that owns the shop claims to be a custom artist but he can barley wash his hands after taking a Sh*t.

I have laid a formal complaint with Dis-chem in connection with one of their staff members that intimidated me in the store. I received a response from them in favor of their staff member. Firstly implying that I’m falsely accusing the guy and second off all implying that what he did was okay because I seemed to have been wrong. I’m very disappointed and intend on taking this further. The car was covered with a layer of dust and the salesman explained that it was due to the massive construction being done on the main road in front of the showroom as well as two other buildings located at the front and back of the showroom. At first, printing emails or using the scanner or OCR would not work with Windows 7 / 64. A lengthy phone call with a foreign individual got me a Lexmark launcher with limited functions. Ordered a set of 4 Toyo Open Country M/T tires and waited over week before I was told by Toyo 'Customer Service' they could get the tires in from Vancouver but it would cost me an extra 100 dollars. This seems like an odd business practice to me for tires. First you get a price for the tires and then they throw in the extras, like actually getting you the tires. 14 calls missed calls in 1 day from 1 company from 8 different phone #'s when I called back to find out what it was referring to i would be hung up on. I would ask to speak with an associate higher than customer service I would be hung up on, when I called for higher level contact # I was hung up on. I work in a call center & provide customer service & have done so since 2006. I would be fired if I did that to any customer. This was the worst customer service ive ever received. read full review »
