Bought a (supposedly) great HDTV antenna from this company. It was junk and failed to work any better than rabbit ears. It was also not UL listed and had defects. I received an RMA from them and returned the antenna but no refund ever came. After corresponding with them several times over a 2 month period there was still no refund. A letter to the California State Attorney General finally prodded them into returning my money. I have had directv for 6 years now in my RV. Up until last year I have had no trouble changing my location at least twice during the year in order to pick-up the local channels. Now they tell me that I cannot pick-up the local channels & they are blacked-out. I can only order the LA & NY local channels for an extra fee of $15.00 per month. Their intent is to increase their revenue & screw the customer service. I do not consider the LA & NY channels as local channels either. When calling to question a network charge on my bill I found out that the plans had changed. Good news: my old plan had a Quebec block of Time $6.00 for unlimited calling plus a $6.95 network charge; The new Quebec unlimited calling plan was $0.00, plus the $6.95 network charge!!! The Customer Service representative actually admitted that the $0.00 plan was in effect since she was hired 6 months ago- In my opinion this is theft - they continued to charge for a non-existing plan. We bought barcode scanners with Bankers Warranty extended warranty agreement. Called to report one of them is not working. Got the royal runaround for days by phone, email. They did everything possible to wear me down and not stand by their agreement. Finally I gave up.
