Their easy set-up and installation was nothing short of a nightmare. The installation instructions were vague and incorrect. Only to find out you cant download the movies it takes you to other sites that you can purchase for free. There no customer care you mail this site with no reply. I recently made a deposit at my local branch, cash. It showed up as a ledger balance of the deposit amount + the balance of my account on the same day as my deposit. This led me to believe the funds were available, so I purchased a plane fare using my ATM card the same evening. Two years ago we purchased a laptop from Best Buy and also bought the extended service plan. About six months ago the laptop monitor began to crack, and we took it to the store and spoke to the geek squad. I noticed three charges of 49.96 on my credit card along with two $20 and $25 charges from yahoo and telemessenger? The biggy was from onlinsuplier who charged me $150 over a 3 month period. I signed up for a 1.95 cd to get some software and they charged me 150.00 without a single email, call, mailing or explanation of the charges. Is this just Taco Bell's way of getting your personal information? I think so - You get a "code" number on your drink cup and then have to go on-line to enter the contest where it asks for your name, address, email, birthdate!! What kind of "contest" is this? I think it's a way to build a database for their own use and probably to sell to others. SCAM - SCAM - SCAM. I have been using Hutch postpaid connection sine March 2006. In spite of activating New connection in 3 working days time, I was unable to used the service for 7 working days. Prima Seal took a 33% deposit in early January of 2007, promising to install 9 replacement windows within 6 weeks. Two months later, I received a phone call from their supplier, SunRise windows, informing me that Prima Seal had ordered windows but not paid for them.
