I received a beautifully presented catalog in the mail displaying many items of interest to me. They claimed to offer products from Apple, Coach. LV, Gucci, Prada, YSL... Interest free credit for a year. Great, where do I sign up, right? I am in the market for a new laptop and April, being a busy birthday month for me, always leaves me strapped. I was pleased to accept the credit offer. Well, everything I was interested in was mysteriously "out of stock" on their website and prompted me to do a little searching into the company... read full review »

Kimkins
January 14, 2008
This diet is marketed as a quick weight loss scheme. The selling points were based on the supposed success of the founder Heidi Diaz AKA Kimmer. She claimed to have lost nearly 200 pounds in 7 months. She also claimed to have kept it off for 5 years. Heidi Diaz AKA Kimmer lied about her own weight loss. She posted false after pictures of herself, stolen from Russian bride websites. Practically all of the success stories were fabricated. Once again posting pictures from the Russian bride websites. The diet was featured in Woman'... read full review »

In November, I went to three credit reporting websites to get credit reports. Within the week, I cancelled all three reports. The above site continues to charge by bank account the amount of $11.95 per month. There is no phone number to call, and I am unable to get a website to come up to the above address. I am going to call my bank and stop the charges as there is no service being provided and I have cancelled the service. If you can help with this matter, it will be greatly appreciated. Cingular / AT&T
November 7, 2007
I signed up with Cingular in January 2001. I have had the service since then. I've never really had a problem that I couldn't resolve by calling them. That is until the merger with AT&T. I signed my newest contract with Cingular on June 28, 2006. I had great service as always . . . and then AT&T happened. The service has gotten continuously worse since June 2007. I have a family plan, so it's $350 to end my contract before June 28, 2008. :( I did not sign a contract with AT&T. I did not agree to their... read full review »

I purchased a 2-year magazine subscription from Mags4Less in March 2007, which was immediately deducted from my credit card. Nine months later, still no magazines have arrived. Many excuses, but most of my complaints to their customer services have been unanswered. Kimkins if a fraud and scam... DO NOT JOIN IT. There are plenty of other diet sites out there that offer a healthy way of eating and losing weight. Try them!! Google Kimkins and read the blogs and find out for yourself about how bad this diet and it's creator, Heidi Kimberly Diaz, is. Join the lawsuit if you are already a member.
