Never join this company. Do not get caught with them, they will throw magic words like 70/30, 80/20 deal with benefits, per diem basis on top of fixed paycheck, bonus, vacation and Green card process on day one. I went to Swifty Gas Station today and had them pump my gas since I recently sprained my ankle. It was easier for them to pump than me due to the injury. Well I pulled in and thought the sign said 3.91. When gas was being pumped it said 4.01. I checked the price on the sign when I left and it did say 3.91, so I questioned the attendant and he said due to rising gas prices they charge .10 to pump your gas! This was so disappointing. I talked this over with my husband and we read everything, thought it was a good solid company. I can know longer get on the website and if I do they change my password so I'm not able to get back in. Even the same day. The customer service line answers, but when your transferred it's a busy signal. I would love to find a way to block companies with bad reputations so we would know it before even reading it. DHL has failed to deliver packages to my house on two occasions. The driver has falsely stated that the package was left on the porch. Neither time did the driver come to my house. On the first occasion the package was delivered to the neighbor's. This second time the package was not delivered to any neighbor and I have the problem of getting the shipper to file a claim. I ordered this product on the assumption that I was responsible for the shiping and handling charges. I now have a charge of $69.95 to my account. I was not aware that on the package it states "if you are on any medications do not take this medication" of course I didn't take it after I read that and called the company and they basically told me "too bad you should know enough to talk to your doc before you take meds" Well they insist on keeping all of my money. I have been with Rodgers for at least 10 years and have never had any complaints. my average cell bill is 175.00 a month, I have two phones with them. i renewed my contract in Oct. 2007 and received two new phones with the contract. Greentree keeps calling and calling multiple times per day leaving messages on my answering machine, usually between 6 and 8 messages per day, and when I finally arrive home and can answer the phone, they are stumbling with the facts of why they are even calling me.
