On July 7, 2008 I order ANTI VIRUS SCAN program from my computer, which cost was $30.76 and for that purpose I submit my credit card number. For my surprise I never received what I order and suddenly additional my credit card was charge with the following amounts: $41.01 and $25.61. I had 4 small dogs to be groomed. She didn't bathe any of them but sprayed fragranced spray on them to pretend that she did. The nails were still dirty and one dog still had grass in her fur. She did'nt cut their nails, trim their feet, pads or legs. She didn't brush their teeth or clean their ears. All these services were listed as part of the grooming. It even said a 10 minute massage. I had to cancel a vacation because of work. I went to the travel agent and told them that we would not be able to go on the scheduled dates and asked what I needed to do to reschedule the trip. They informed me it would be a $100 penalty, but that I would have a year to take the trip. After about 8 months I went in to schedule my trip and found that the travel agent had never canceled my vacation so now I am out $880! I have called and go in to see what can be done. I thought I would buy some RAM with faster timings than many other brands offer. I ordered GeIL Esotera RAM from Newegg.com. I received my RAM and immediately had to clip the UPC to send in for the rebate. This voided my opportunity to return this piece of junk to Newegg. My RAM set was defective. I thought I could send my wife in and not worry about her being taken advantage of here but that was definitely not the case. I had her take her car in for a front brake job but instead they talked her in to a rear one so the problem with the front end vibrating did not get fixed until they did an alignment, turn the front rotors, and tried to get me to buy tires there but I would not. I planned to move my 1 bedroom apartment with this company a month ago. They promised to be on time and had my debit card no as confirmation. I ordered a Magellan GPS 4250 at a price of $259.00 from their web site. I received a call 10 minutes later from a "sales rep" explaining that I had to purchase a 2gb SD card for $199 in order for the GPS to be updated, otherwise I would have to send the unit in to Magellan and it would take 4 months for them to update information on a yearly basis. Did a pay day loan app. over the phone then was told that I would receive a 1,000 dollar shopping spree if I took part in their promotion for only 1.99 for shipping so I gave them my bank info which I had to give anyway for the pay day loan. They took out 12.00 and my account was therefor overdrawn and I WAS CHARGED 20.00 for insufficient funds. I would like to cancel this whole thing. Initially, when you talk to their bogus sales person they will promise everything to you and they will do everything they can to get you to buy.
