I've had a Washington Mutal credit card for 4 years at 12.9%. I pay my credit card online every month before the due date and always more than the minimum payment. In February I suddenly notice my " finance charges " have increased dramatically to a 21.9%. I called customer service to find out why. They told me they would send a letter answering my question. I ordered a transmission from Phoenix Hard Parts. Shortly after ordering the transmission, I received the order via email stating that I needed to sign the order/contract and fax it back to them. They haul one money load out of Iowa and let drivers sit at the other end because they have no customers except in Iowa. They rely on brokers for back hauls and sometimes even suggest coming back empty to pick up another money load. This is all fine if your running about 200 miles empty. A few days later the company called me and offered me a "Free Trial Sample" of two other products, and assured me I'd only be responsible for shipping & handling. There are many companies in China which have no business ethics. One of them is JBON which offers everything but honors nothing. We purchased Pressure Hoses for more then USD20K and about 75% failed at the random tests. Now the supplier refuses to accept responsibility and asked for more money if we want a better quality.
