I have had two charges from this company. 1st on the 17th of December 2008 and then again on January 5th 2009. I do not know anything about this company. My love affair with our thirteen month old Sharp Aquos LC-32D40U fizzled out over a period of months. Blackouts began shortly after we purchased the television and became more and more frequent. We could get sound but the screen would remain black. We could get our picture back by unplugging everything and then plugging it all back in again or by letting the set "rest". I signed up for a trial period of 7 days that cost $3.88, which was debited from my account on 12/30/2008. They told me that it was in on 12/29/2008 and that is the day they go from for the trial period. I was to get a packet in the mail, which I did not receive. We had an agreement with Enfocus photography to provide a glamour photo session as a fundraiser for our Girl Scout Troop. The agreement was that we would sell coupons to customers and they would provide the photo shoot. Their policy is to send them $5 per coupon sold as a deposit. Ordered on-line with the company. They charged my card the same day and reported shipping the product two days later. Product never arrived and UPS has no record of the shipment. Repeatedly attempted to contact the company. Emails were not responded to, and web site offered on-line chat and filling out of forms - none of which were available - all simply led to web pages with no options. This company has ripped me off and looks like they have ripped off many more, I guess I should have looked into their reports first. I sent back RAM for warranty exchange 1.5 months ago and they refuse to replace RAM, return calls, or answer phones. I hope no one else gets taken by this company. I filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney generals office in Arizona and California. They will not respond to any of their calls.
