My employer used to have payroll deduction for American Family Fitness memberships. After enough complaints they canceled the relationship. Somehow the payroll deductions continued. I went to Rent King in Jax to get some furniture. The stores District Manager happened to be there that day and he was my salesman. I picked out a Sofa and Loveseat and was assured I would not be getting the floor model rather a new set from the backroom. This trial offer for colopure is a scam. It is intentionally misleading on the terms and also on the return policy that is sent along with the offer. They purposely shipped late to make the "30 day" period expired before I could return unused portion. I ordered 2 tiffany style necklaces from this website on November 3rd. I never received the items. There is a phone number to call, which I did and it is a recorded message that says to contact them by e-mail, [email protected]. I e-mailed them and they took 4 days to reply and said that they would re-ship the items and also send me a shipping confirmation number which they never did. I left multiple recordings on their answering service and sent several emails and never heard back, and yes every time i called it was between their business hours. I contacted them today at 1-800-360-1477 and talked to a Mark James who asked if I had read the fine print that stated I had twenty days to cancel the subscription. I canceled my subscription today on 3/11/2009 which is 21 days from the date of the order. Cash Call is definately a rip off. I just happen to go through my e-mails today and found my reminder e-mail to pay my Cash Call loan. I decided to call them to check my balance (thinking my loan should almost if not be paid off by now). I purchased a Liner from this website back in May. When I received the liner I noticed it was a little thinner than the liner that was already in my pool, so I called the manufacturer's name that was on the box.
