These are the most unprofessional, uncaring movers EVER. They do not communicate with you EVER unless you call them. They arrived over 6 hours late both pick-up and deliver; They broke things, items were missing, boxes were ripped open, things were dropped (there were leaves in some boxes), they never give you any definitive information, Customer service LIES, they say they are doing something, and they DO NOT. I have been an art teacher with Picasso Home Art School for more than a year. Payments to me have always been late and required continued correspondence. But, now, I have been led to believe that no further payments will be forthcoming. He doesn't pay his producers you have to chase him to get a reply back no one answers the phone and I have been waiting for a payment for months now. After purchasing flowers from Pro Flowers a 1.95 charge appeared on my card. Basically the charge is for a discount service you sign up for when you get your 15.00 coupon. The good news is if you call the number listed on your credit card statement they will cancel you alleged membership and credit you card. Purchased a sleeper sofa in March 2008 and by the summer it was broken. It was only used as a bed three times over all those months. The sofa bed leaned back too far according my my guest and then all of a sudden would not push into a couch, thus leaving me with a bed 24/7 and no where to sit. American Express is so mismanaged! I had all of my identity stolen in August and reported my stolen AMEX cards to them immediately. I had a pending online payment due within 48hours of the theft and was unable to cancel the payment due to the time element. I was assured by the representative on the phone that I could re-submit my payment with my new bank account info and all would be well. I did so and the payment was on time. The security system stopped working, the alarm would sound off and no one would call to verify everything was okay. Vector continues to take money out of my account every month to monitor the alarm and was not doing so. Vector sent a tech out who fixed their equipment. Vector is now billing me for them fixing there equipment, while taking the monthly charge out of my account monthly... on time. I don't understand, there equipment does not work and I am charged to fiv it, I am changed and pay every month for services I was not receiving. I ordered shoes and stocking online from the DIMOUT website in May. On DimOUt website it didn't mention anything of not being able to ship to APO address. Gem Shopping is extremely slow in posting a credit to your charge card for merchandise that is returned. They keep telling me that they have to make sure that the returned item is ok and that since they have gone to broadcasting 24hours 7 days a week, they have really increased their workload, so they are sorry for the delay. This company Grant Resource took $39.95 out of my account without authorization. My Bank (Commerce) informed me that the money is still pending release. If you fax them at 1-856-533-1138 on your company letterhead with my account number which is 786-798-3327 releasing the funds it will drop back into my account without any further delay. I have fallen behind on my mortgage.This company somehow got my phone number and was offering me a loan modification.
