I am an unfortunate victim of this company. I too, was taken in by the thought of helping young college students. The funny thing is, when I was speaking to my representative, a Rich Poole, I made sure to point out to him that I'm a police officer and I would take action if it turned out to be a scam. These charges appeared on my card in Nov. 07. After several phone calls to their number I was told that they could not find any info on my account and the only way to stop the charges was for me to give them my credit card number. When I asked, how can you charge my card without my number on record; I was immediately transferred to a Supervisor who asked the same questions. Bottom line is they did not get my number and I called my card company (who was very helpful) and had some of the charges removed and others put in dispute. Starts with the shipping tab on the website states shipping 10-12 days, when I received confirmation e-mail 10-14 BUSINESS days. I am the victim of unsolicited cel phone charges by ringaza.com. Out of nowhere, I started receiving silly one-line "flirt" text messages a few times per week. Hi, my name is Marck Optes, my little son formatted the whole computer system, what I can do with that - nothing really, because he is my son. So all the family pictures has been there, all the memories, there was nothing to do but ask for a recovery. It took two weeks, but it was done - perfectly - all the pictures are recovered, the only thing is that the files names are 1, 2, 3, 4... but as I was told the RAW recovery was done and there were no way to recover the names of the files, I can live with that :) the pictures are fine. I ordered a Garmin GPS. When I check on the order after receiving a confirmation number, the order stated pending. The next day I got a call asking for me to verify my order. I tried to call them at least 20 times and the line was busy. Then one minute past five (they were supposed to be closed) I got a recording. My call had gone through but the office was closed! Fishy!
