unauthorized charges
I also paid for the shipping on a free trial of the hoodia fusion pills. Guess what, next month I was billed $74.45 on my credit card without authorization. I called and they told me that several times it is listed that if you dont call in 14 days that you will be billed. No where in the pop up add or email did it say anything about another months fee or subscription. They will n0t refund me my money nor let me send back the unopened product that they sent me. What do I do?

unarthorized charge
This company needs to be put in its place. I fell for the trial offer. I paid $4.95 FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING. 2 weeks later, my bank was charged $74.75. I called the company several times and no one would speak with me. They said that they would revieve my call and get back with me. My lawyer contacted their office and was they would not speak with him as well. He had to call the company 6 times before he could speak with someone, and again they were no help. Eventually I had to go to the bank and they reversed the charges. DO NOT by in to this company no matter how good the deal may seem!!!

Fraudulant Charges
I ordered a trail pack of Hoodia Fusion on 11/14/07. On 11/28/o7 I was charged 4.87 for the postage along with another charge of 89.97 for my first auto shipment. I called the company immediately after seeing this transaction to inquire why I was being charged for the auto ship when I never even received my trial package. I was told I had 14 days to cancel and since they didn't hear from me they sent the 'auto ship' package. I did receive my trial package along with my 'auto ship' on 12/03/07 which was delivered FedEx. On 12/05/07 I called Hoodia Fusion again and canceled my account with them. The customer service dept sent me an email confirming that it was canceled and I thought this was all over. On 6/13/08 my debit card was charged 69.97 from a company called Forex Fast Tracks. I filed the paperwork with my bank to dispute this charge since I never did business nor heard of this company. I did some research and found out that Forex Fast Tracks bought Hoodia Fusion and I was being charged for an 'auto ship' that I never even received. Well almost a year later and this is still biting me in the butt. I spoke to Amber at the 800 number and she told me that my time period had expired and that there was nothing she could do for me. I am NOT done fighting this. After reading all of the complaints from everyone else on this site I will be contacting my local BBB along with the local news channels.

Unauthorized charge
This company placed a charge of $69.97 on our credit card. This charge was placed on our card on 5/25/08. The dates the other complaints refer to is around the same time. Some are the exact same date. How is that possible. We have never heard of them nor have we ever purchased anything from them. There are already several complaints on complaintsboard.com and ripoffreports.com. These individuals do not answer their phones. I have been on hold for over two hours trying to talk to someone to find out what is going on.
It appears that these people have been able to access financial information and have been placing fraudulent charges on cardholders accounts.

Rip off
I also got taken in by this scam. I was looking for something to give me energy and the weight loss part just was an added bonus.Trial usually means there's something else attached but I couldn't find it. If you clicked on the "terms and agreements" you were redirected to a website advertising domain names. After disputing it with my credit card co and finally with my state's attorney's office I finally got all my money back. End of story - NO!!! 6mos. Later I am once again being billed for this stuff and now they are using a different name and telling me I ordered it. According to the credit card co. if you dispute it for as no product delivered they can then debit the merchant for the product amount AND a $50 fee. This can also follow you to a new credit card account so closing it does no good. You just have to keep disputing the charges and supposedly they will eventually get tired of the return fees.

I ORDERED THE SAMPLE AND MY CARD WAS TO ONLY BE CHGD $4.97 FOR THE SAMPLE NEVER ASKED THEM TO SEND ME ANYMORE PILLS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WORK AND RECVD A FULL ORDER AND WAS CHGD $89.97 TWICE WHICH WAS NOT AUTHD SO I RETURNED THE PILLS AND NEVER RECVD A REFUND .., IT HAS BEEN OVER SIX MONTHS AND I AM STILL FIGHTING WITH THIS COMPANY TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK ..., I NEED TO KNOW WHO I NEED TO CONTACT TO GET THIS STRAIGHTENED PLEASE HELP ME

Fradulent charges
I sent for a free trial offer of Hoodia fusion for only shipping/h fee of $4.95, but soon after receiving the sample, I got my credit card with charge of $89, 97 two times, and received a package in the mail with two packages of this crap with no addresses, invoices, phone numbers or anything to tell me why I got this shipment. They will not respond to my phone calls. They say they will not accept a return of the shipments. NOW THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED THEIR PHONE NUMBER. THEIR WEB SITE IS BOGUS. This is nothing more than a scam and a fraudulent way to do business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RIPOFFS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

Return of product!
I thought I was buying a trial package just for shipping charges and then I started getting packages at 89.97 each. When I called about returning, I was told that there would be a charge for each order. This is a cancellation fee and that I would receive 54.97 back on each package. Granted I procrastinated on the return and received another package. I see that there are other complaints about this company. Beware!

Double charged credit card!
I ordered a two month supply and was billed $96.92 on my credit card and the order arrived within two weeks. The next billing cycle had another charge of $89.97, which I did not authorize and I did not receive product. I called them and they said they would call me back within 24 hours, but I never received a return call. I notified my credit card company and they sent them a notice. Hoodia's response was I had signed up for the 14 day trial which is not true. This company is dishonest, don't deal with them.

Unfair practices!
I ordered the free trail of Hoodia Fusion. After receiving shipment and reading the precautions (which should be posted with the offer), I can not take this product due to Thyroid disease. I have since received 2 more shipments after I emailed the company 3 times. I noticed a ph # on the pkg. and called. I explained why I can't take it, they canceled my "subscription" but refuse to refund the 90 bucks that was taken out of my bank account. I was told that I should have contacted them. I explained that I had sent 3 emails and was told that if I had then an automated email would have been sent back with some kind of reference #. I went into my email account, to sent messages and the ones I sent are not there. They must have some kind of scam on the emails they receive. I was told to simply give it to a friend... this is B.S. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
