Ordered the Acai Berry free product and then received the email stating that it was a 30 day supply with only 14 days being free and then I would be charged approx. $80 on the 15th day for the entire supply---thus no free anything. I called and immediately tried to cancel the order but was told that I could not cancel until the next day. I called back and was told that I had to receive the shipment and then I could cancel the order which meant I had to pay S&H both ways for a product that I did not want. I sent a letter to Northstar Capital Acquisitions back in the first part of Febuary of 2009. It took them 41 days to respond. When I called the customer service rep back she was very ugly. The original debt was only $300 and they added interest and late fees to up it to $725. I offered $200 to settle the account. I too had a meeting with tech skills to see what they could offer. During the meeting, I became suspicious and decided to check for complaints online. I found this website with numerous complaints! We also purchased a 2 bedroom suite at Villa Del Arco, we love Cabo and go there a couple of times a year so we though it would be wonderful. WRONG! Acclaim Financial Service-Arch Wireless pagers I turned in my Arch wireless pager in May of 2004 and received a credit of about 50$ for the pager and was told my account was paid in full. I paid for and downloaded I Am Big Brother Software. When I set up the Remote Access feature, it cost me $49.99 for the year. Like many of the people reporting on this company, I received an email for a 'free trial' package of their products. All you had to pay was the shipping fee which was under $2. No where on their web site does it state that this is a thirty day 'trial' and that you will be charged $90 for your 'free trial' products. I ordered the free trial. It was shipped and was to cost only $4.95, but there was also another charge of $3.95 added, for what I don't know. Then, I began receiving a shipment each month at the cost of 44.90 - charged to my CC without my authorization.
