What is the best solution to get my money back. I paid $113 USD back in Oct 2008 and never received the photo book. When I emailed them they said it was due to be shipped. Of course they were lying. I then requested a refund (which they claimed was only $67 USD, which could be because the company is England and this is the exchange rate). Then they claim they have reversed my charges on credit card. They never did. I have been in touch with my bank. But they suspect they will not make a reversal at this point. On 11/25, I signed up online for a $3.88 for a kit to work on the Internet. I never received the kit, but I was billed $75.00 on 12/01. I called to cancel, but they said they could not do anything about the charge. I hired Omni Data for disaster recovery and prevention as I live in a remote area that is prone to tornadoes. They came to install during the day and that very night I had problems. Well I called from 8:00PM-11:20PM and all I received was a voice mail and no one called me back. I opened my telephone bill and imagine my surprise when I saw an additional charge of $15.40! It was from a company called Integretel a so called 800 number service plan. I never signed up for this program. I never received any acknowledgement or confirmation of being enrolled in this plan. This company supposedly offers 10 day trial membership in their grant program. They send out E-mail messages informing people of their policies of charging $79.95 monthly, unless you cancel by sending them an E-mail. I sent them 2 E-mails canceling my membership. Could not reach them to cancel order for days and days. Now being charged $78.84 and $88.62. In order to credit they want phone records of when I called from my cell, phone and place of business.
