We rented a ski boat for 3 days with a wakeboard. After 2 attempts on the wakeboard the boot ripped and detached from the ski. Paradise charged us $65 for a replacement boot though we barely used it and did not in any way abuse the wakeboard. We paid over $900 for 3 days to rent the boat and they still stuck us with a $65 charge... Repairing the boot could only have cost $10-$20 at most. They are obviously desperate for $$$. I ordered a sofa, chair and ottoman in Oct 2006. It was a special order. They delivered at the end of Jan 2007. Chair was damaged. There was a small hole in the fabric on the top of the chair. I ordered a CD to make money with Google and all of a sudden, I started to get money pulled out of my account without receiving the CD. I attempted to call and cancel, but either I was put on hold and I gave up or it was busy or before/after hours. I can never seem to get a hold of these people, but will try again to receive a refund. They have taken money out of my account twice, once for $98.04 on 5-10-09 and again (still pending charge) for $48.16. I just got of the phone with them so I will update if in fact they sent out my refund. They claim I registered online for a weather service, of which I have no clue what they are talking about.
