I also have been charged after initially ordering a free sample. I have just spoken to a representative from the company. She explained that it was in the terms and conditions of the free trial. I responded that I was on a website reading of the complaints of unauthorized charges and it would be wise to remove the charge. She asked me to return the product. I recently am a new customer with Continental Finance Company and they took an ACH payment out of my bank account 4 days prior to when I scheduled it for. They charged me a $30.00 check return fee, a $30.00 over balance fee, and a $30.00 late fee. I ordered this product on the 4th of February and your 14 day trial starts from the day you ordered it not when you received it or when it is shipped so when you when you receive it 6 or 7 days are already gone. In August 20 I was billed two times for a Norton product when I only downloaded one on my computer. I had begun the process of downloading and had given my credit card information when I was disconnected. I then got back on line and tried it again. This time everything worked and Norton was downloaded onto my computer. When I received my bill the other day I had been charged twice for the cost of $89.98 instead of only one Norton charge.
