When I purchased my camera in Dec 2006 I was told that if I took the extended warranty they would service it locally if anything happened within the year. When I went in to have service on same I was told it was over the year. You do not have to be a rocket scientist to know that it was within the year. The very same day I order ring tones from another company, which was only in the amount of 7.99 which I was charged. Another company (NET-MUSIC-NOW.COM) charged me 64.00!!!
