When I ordered pictured from shuttlefly $12.00 was deducted from my debit account from Septemper 2008 thru February 2009, then again form April 2009 until May 2009 each month. I recently ordered a DVD Box set for my 6 year old son from PlanetDVD. Please do not make the same mistake I did!!! THEY ARE BAD QUALITY PIRATED DVD'S FROM CHINA!!! We paid Dream Vacations for a vacation package that included a 2 night cruise to the Bahamas. We also paid a port fee of $129 per person. They failed to send th port fee to the cruise line (Celebration), therefore our reservations were canceled by the cruise line. We had to pay an additional $220 per person to board the cruise ship. I have spoke to Bonnie several times and have not been able to get my problem resolved. She said it was my problem the court gave the wrong information. I ordered a GPS from Refurb Depot. < 30 minutes later I cancelled. They refused to cancel and still shipped it. They had plenty of time to cancel shipping but forced it anyway so they could still make money on there handling charges. I e-mailed them < less than 30 minutes after ordering and they did nothing to cancel the order. There reply to my e-mail was also sarcastic and very unprofessional. I am a successful business man in South Florida. I tried to buy a vehicle from RG Auto which is a small buy here, pay here. I left $3, 000 deposit on an 03 Mustang. LMS Loss Mitigation Services charged $3995 to do a loan modification with the promise of a full refund if they are not successful.
