This bank have cheated me on 11 June 2009, saying that I have won an amount of 1 million US $ on a lottery conducted for the FIFA World Cup promotion. I would like to return my automatic shipment for a refund. I have recently been diagnosed with MS and did not see my doctor until after I received the shipment. When you order on line there is no disclosure of the shipping cost. Once you click submit, instead of showing your total order so that you can accept or refuse it it just goes ahead and debits your CC. After all that they email a receipt that shows the shipping charge. That charge is more than the cost of the goods. The goods are shipped in a tiny box with a $0.79 USPS stamp. THEY okayed 4000.00 worth of credit card purchases from a customer, 4 months later they took the money out of my account, 3 weeks later they sent a letter saying the card was fraudulent. I canceled the merchant account, they kept taking money from my bank account so I closed it. I opened a new account which they did not have any authority to use.
