Since there is no address or phone number for this company it is impossible to get my money back. I tried reasoning with my credit card company and finally after sending them THIS web site where all these complaints were listed, they sent my charges of $29.99 back to DRI*REG.NET unpaid! They were great about it. (Capital One) Lucky for me I noticed it while the transaction was still in the "pending" stats. It pays sometimes to check your credit card transactions every day. On May 11th I purchased an xbox 360 from ebay this seller Chris Thompson list that his products are better refurbished than anyone else. Also he offers this wonderful 60 day warranty to go with it. They start calling my work about eight days before my payment is do. Saying if I don't post date a check right away to clean my car out because their coming to get it. Along with the phone calls, come the Fax's, about three an hour. I purchased the water and ice dispenser. After the warranty period I notified Air N Water the product only dispenses 1 Liter of water at a time which is not part of the product description. I paid to have the unit returned. They shipped a new unit. This unit does the same thing. I requested shipping labels to return the product and get a refund. I cancelled my service on May 6, 2009. I RELUCTANTLY accepted the fact that Cleartel does NOT pro-rate service, so I would still have to pay for the balance of May.
