had a loan with FlagStar in 1998 and then my servicing was sold to GMAC Mortage shortly after my load close. I have been paying GMAC now for 10 years and when the rates went down I decided to refi and get cash out to do a builing project. The loan officer at GMAC call me on day and told me they couldn't find my title. So I call the county I live in and they told me the title was still showing FlagStar Bank. Nobody know what to do to correct the problem and they want me to fix the error. I feel like the mortage companies should work this out. What needs to be done. Please help read full review »

These people are a total rip-off. My husband ordered the trail size. We cancelled the trail. They took 89.oo out of my account and they still haven't credited my card. I will keep calling every day. DO NOT BUT OR ORDER TRAIL SIZE OF THIS PRODUCT!!! read full review »

This company went out of business and took the alarm user id with it. They also stopped paying the monitoring company and we were not covered if an emergency arose. Shame on Bob Tobin! We didn't deserve such horrible treatment after all these years of being a faithful customer. He took our quarterly payment and the programming code! I ordered some stuff from this website, and I only choose stuff that was marked 'Ships Today'. After the payment the only communication I got was that the payment was done. I have tried calling them, mailing them and even filling up the contact form on the website. NOBODY has bothered to mail me and even inform if the order was sent. I made the order knowing that USPS (First class/ Priority) takes about 3-5 days for delivery. But I think they haven't even dispatched it.

I ordered several swimsuits from this online company after being reassured by customer service that returns and exchanges were welcome (buying clothing online doesn't allow for trying items on before purchasing). I received a few items and notices of "back ordered" for the rest. I canceled the order and returned the items received. I bought an Asrock 775Twins 800-Pro DDR2 MB and within 1 week of ownership the video on this MB went out I emailed Asrock to get a Replacement and they acted like it was not their responsibility to replace this MB so i contacted the Seller who told me Asrock has to be the ones to replace this product since the warranty was thru them.

Corporate Acquisitions Group contacted me and said they had a serious buyer for my business. I met with one of their business analysts, who took some numbers and said they could find a buyer for my business within a year. The catch was that I had to pay $8000 upfront (a very inflated price) for a business valuation. He promised that if I did not sell my business within one year, they would refund the $8000.

Our company has had a terrible experience with the staff at Maximizer. We have used Maximizer 9 CRM software with great success. We decided to upgrade to a version that would allow us to synchronize our data and we were recommended the Entrepreneur edition by Stanley only to later find out that we will need the Group edition instead. We paid for these additions and as the cost continued to rise and are now finally told that MaxExchange can be "high maintenance" and will require many hours of tech support at 150.00 per hour. We bought a spa-n-a-box and within just a short period of time (during warranty), the unit went bad. We had to pay shipping for a replacement unit to be sent to us (after 30 days). The unit has been running for almost 60 days and has gone bad again. According to the company, these products are long lasting for several years, yet we can't get one to last for more than 45 days. I don't know what hs happened. Rewards660 was good to me, raid my limits, all payments in on time and recorded. But on this time of my payments, I placed two (2) money orders together in the same envelope with all information on them even account numbers. They sure found the lower payment of $50 and placed it in my account but the larger payment in a separate money order, well it disappeared. Applied for a secured Visa from them March 3, 2009. Provided a checking account information and authorized them to take out $350 for a minimal line of credit. Was told that I'd receive a card within the next 72 hours. Checked status on March 10. Learned that $350 had been taken out from my checking account, yet no confirmation of approval. That same day, faxed a letter to 302 456 1013 requesting to cancel card request and to return $300 (less $50 for their processing fee). Do not purchase this product. It can not be returned as the address they give is incorrect. It is a scam operation because once you receive your so called free trial, they automatically bill your account, and you have 60 days to return the product. BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE AN ADDRESS.

The message notified me that I was eligible for thousands of dollars from the government to do all sorts of things. I ordered their "free" trial, after being charged 5.95 for the trial I did not receive, I called to cancel any further shipments. I have just discovered I have been charged 159.80 ! This company promises phone can be returned within 30 days at no charge. However if you try to get an RMA from their website well within that time, they say they have no record of your order. I disputed this charge with my Visa company and I called Grantfunding again on 03/12/09 & asked for a status. At that time I was told that my membership was cancelled as requested on 03/04, but the $ 69.95 charge would not be reversed. The company offered me a refund of half the cost.
