I ordered products online from this company and received an email "receipt" that stated a detailed receipt would follow. I ordered several items and was billed the correct price for the items ordered. Four days later I received a package from the company with one item that was not ordered or wanted and was according to the website roughly a third the price I paid for the original items I ordered. There was no packing slip included and all of the contact info provided was worthless. I have sent multiple emails to all of the email addresses provided and called the phone support and left messages on a daily basis. I have received no response or even a sign that there was ever any intention doing anything more than taking my money and performing a bait and switch routine. Unfortunately I have found similar complaints against this company so it looks like this is common with them.

I ordered one item from this seemingly reputable website (verisign secured). I ordered on 8/13/08. to date nothing has arrived and no activity is shown. I can get into my account online and have an order number. it simply says 'payment received, not yet shipped'

I have emailed them multiple times to the email on their site and the email given when I call the phone number. No answer. When I call the phone number I get a short message stating the company name (cover) and they can not come to the phone. it says to email or leave a message. I have done both.

THEY ARE NEVER ABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE! I have tried calling multiple times during the day, and on different days. They do not say when to call. They will not respond to my emails. I am about to send a dispute through paypal. The site says 'Item ships today' It is a total and utter Lie. I only wanted one item that is hard to get elsewhere and the discounted price lured me in. beware of these guys.
