Advertised as $100 gas rebate for attending Timeshare Presentation in Napa, CA on 12/22/07 for Global Exchange Vacation Club. We declined to purchase their Timeshare Membership and received a form for "gas coupons" for $100. After coupons in the mail, the details were to mail in a receipt for $20 for each month for 5 months. We followed the fine print exactly, and never received a dime. Nothing but problems for the almost year I've owned it. I've just sent it in for the second hard drive replacement plus othe repairs. HP lied to me and said if I had to send it in for repairs again after the first time they would replace it. I have purchased a 5 pc bedroom set from sigma European Furniture. They showed me a picture in catalog which had 5 pieces in it: queen bed, 2 night stands, dresser and mirror with shelf. In 2006 I signed up for something called revival soy. The deal was to try it for 30 days and if you don't like it you send back the unused amount and you will not be charged. I emailed them and canceled and got a confirmation number and sent back the unused amount. They claimed they never got it. they claim they never got my 7 phone calls and tried to charge my credit card. We live in Colorado and have been getting ongoing calls from telemarketers trying to sell us an extended car warranty. We have been getting at least 3 to 4 calls a week for the last 3 months. In July 2008 we received a letter stating that escrow would be add to our mortgage loan because we fail to pay our property taxes for the year of 2007. Gave them a call told them taxes had been paid in April, 2008 was told that they would make a note on our account.
