Twelve days ago I ordered a $400 item from exoticsportbike.com. I have to this day not received an invoice. I contacted exoticsportbike.com via email because they do not answer the customer service line. The only answer I received stated that my order had been received. Today I called the sales line and yes exoticsportbike.com answered right away but after hearing that I was checking on an order status I was put on hold for ten more minutes. When the sales person returned to the call she would only state that they would be in contact with me soon. I wish I knew then what I know now! Do your background checks on online retailers. A company called whitesmile/dazzlewhite defrauded my bank account with 3 transactions & illegally provided my bank card details to Healthmember & VH ACCESs . I phoned Whitesmile and they have since re-imbursed me the money they took, however they say it is my responsibilty to cancel future withdrawals with Healthmember & VH ACCESS. I have contacted this company many times. I get no response from the many emails I send. The two times they did respond they asked for the same information, even though it is provided clearly in the email context of the previous replies. I have paid for their software for our business and have serious issues which need to be resolved, yet they do not reply to any of my emails requesting help. I had a policy with this insurance company for home insurance and into the 2nd year I noticed my bill went up from $3500 to $9000. This alerted me to call and find out why such a big jump. Years back I bought a wall unit from them and they delivered the furniture damage and one of the pieces of the wall unit didn't match with the other.
I refused to accept it and I asked them to take it back. It took me about 4 trips to their store to try to get my money back. Every time I went they came back with a different story including misplacing my purchase receipt. They are the worst, horrible customer service. Ever since I've got my glasses, I've had nothing but problems with them. Initially when I picked them up, the lenses were in backwards. I had to wait a couple of more weeks before I got them back. GE Cash Card, India, Pune. No proper service support. System has fault in monthly statement delivery system. Always send letters late without any marginal time to return the amount. Customer has to pay interest on those late days even though they have not received letter in time. This loop continues for forever since you never gets a letter in time. This is there usual practice to cheat the customer. Customer care line, seems to be restricted to be called from their offices only. Many numbers found wrong. Does not give any customer call /complaint number for further references.

I have been charged for the last 6 months $12.95 + Tax on my AT&T bill for a total of 13.73. I have no idea what this is about, they state that I applied for a 1-800 number, which I did not and have never had any need for a 1-800 number. I feel pretty stupid not noticing this before now, but I did not. I have been told that they will refund 3 months to my att account, but I will have to apply for them to review my case to receive the other 3 months. read full review »

I did not sign up for this programme and have not authorized these payments.
Please do something immediately.

We bought a new Tiburon on a Friday evening that was dirty, needed the wheels changed, and a second key fob. They did not have time to complete the work on Friday and gave us an appointment for Monday at 11:00am. The sales person Kathy, even said she would refill the gas tank then.
