AVS MEDIA is guilty of on line fraud!! I had a trial of their Video Tools package (which actually seems like a good product) and purchased it for about $40 on line. For the last 3 weeks have been emailing twice a day to support and sales asking for a registration key for the product that I purchased. No response. They even have a support form for resending a registration key which I have filled out 8 times with no response. No registration key. The product is unusable as I have it now. I have applyied for a loan modification with GUARDIAN SERVICES GROUP since Januray of 2008. They took a long time get my modification case started, in fact, I've found on my own by calling my bank (wachovia) in October, that they still have not submitted anything and that they've only received a Borrowers Authorization form in January so they can negotiate on my behalf but that was it!! This company claims that they will beat any price and says they charge only $29 for a re-key. Then they get to your house. For me they charged $29 for the service call, $169 for new installation, $188 for two new locks, a re-key charge of $65, and labor for $75. This evening I saw three advertisements for mcdonalds coffee in spanish and I am in the US, our language is english. I have traveled over seas to Germany and Turkey and all Mcdonalds are in english but in the United States you advertise in spanish . Are we ashamed to be Americans and english speeking ? I have always paid my credit card account on time, then someone charged something to my account, it was not me, they were to investigate and put the money back on my account, well they did put the money back.
