I called to explain why I would be late with the payment and the person that answered the phone told me if I couldn't make my payment on time why did i get into a mortgage that I couldn't handle. We are a furniture retailer in Seattle, WA. Our manufacturer from CA shipped items to us and Saia showed up unannounced. They would not release the shipment without a check.
