Hamptons managed our rental last year and were absolutely terrible. The property started having problems (falling apart) from the beginning of the tenancy and none of these problems were ever put right - most crucially, the lock on the front door broke and even though Hamptons were made aware of this, it was never fixed! So we had to enter the house via the back garden everytime!
During the tenancy the owner of the property came round without any warning several times to 'check the property' - which is totally breaking the tenancy agreement. We felt totally invaded and had no privacy - regardless of our complaints to Hamptons. read full review »

PLEASE BEWARE of these scam artists!!! I fought them with my credit card company 5 months ago and won...now they are coming after me through collections and have gotten ahold of my social security number! And they have left threatening voicemails on my phone!! I wish to God I had researched them before buying! I will never make that mistake again. After owning an MDG computer previously I decided after a major house fire last year and losing everything we owned to go to MDG to replace the computers in our home. A KIOSK had been put into the Staples Store in Belleville Ontario. We went a couple times to see what the prices were like (students going back to school etc) and found they were very reasonable. I convinced my partner that she should stick with MDG versus going to Dell again (who she was VERY happy with). Thank you Florida for reporting this scam. I agree it is too bad the US Post Office doesn't get these frauds. My letter for the $2, 000, 000 for a charge of $11.89 sounded fishy too. Luckily I found you before turning over any personal information.
There is another out there too and I have filed a complaint against them too. They also have a P.O. Box 9101.; N.P.R.C. in Bethpage, NY, 11714. Come on guys beware and do your homework. Even a charge of any monies is an alert. FBI, catch them. It is interstate fraud.

I googled ARizona Diamondbacks to buy tickets. The company popped up looking like the official site to buy your tickets for these games. I picked the seats they were sold to me at 33 each plus 6.27 handling fee on each ticket plus a $15 dollar shipping fee. Total amount I paid was $132.81.
The tickets arrived days before the event and the ticket price on each ticket was $15 each! I called the company and asked why they had charged my almost $40 per ticket when they were 15 dollar tickets. They would not give me to a supervisor to talk to... read full review »

Having purchased a suite from land of leather on a buy now, pay in 12 months scheme i sent a cheque for the required amount £1398.00 within the 12 months i received a letter from them asking why the direct debit had been stopped and for this i would be charged £30.00

I phoned Telewest about 2 months ago to get a phone line installed. I then had to wait a few days to get the technician. I had to take a day off from work to be there, only to be told that he can't install the line because the phone line has to be connected to the line/cable underneath the road and that the road was too busy. I then had to wait another 2 weeks for another technician to return to complete the installation. He connected to line to the cables underneath the road. A friend and myself recently booked a holiday package through last minute.com. This was for a weekend trip to Barcelona with hotel and flight included. I responded to an email 'splash page' ad for a free 'make money on ebay' CD. Customer is billed $ 4.95 s/h chg. Not only did I never receive the CD, I found that I was billed 449.95 on my credit card. I am employed in a marketing capacity for 20 yrs, so I tend to look for disclaimers. There were no disclaimers or asterisks (*) in the ad leading the customer to look for additional information as required by the. Sellers Lounge appears to be an affiliate seller for EBay.

The owner Ro Pettiner charged me for photo shoots, training and comp cards. The breakdown on the cost, 750.00 for each photo shoot, 300.00 for comp cards the rest training. My two daughters both had photo shoots, I paid the money and for comp cards for one daughter. Ro Pettiner was suppose to be there and did not show up. The photographer told me he only charges 250.00 for each girl and Ro was suppose to pay him. The Aquaguard Water Purifier stopped working after about 6 months of usage. I requested for service to Eureka Forbes telephonically. But even after 15 days of registering the complaint, there is no response. Today, I decided that trying to get this desktop fixed by Acer is a lost cause. I've had a problem with this computer since purchasing it a year ago from Best Buy.
This is my history with this product and I hope it is helpful to others. This computer was purchased on 6/29/07.

I had order a product online about a month ago and have returned everything back, now I am getting charges and things in the mail that I did not sign up for. I have gotten credits for the other products, but now this unexpected charge from Mytrainer Mydiet comes up and now I will have to wait to get my money back from them. Some how someone has to put a stop to all this. My account was sold to them or one way or another they got it and they could probably have yours by now. So watch out for this company...

After 3 weeks or so I've had 1 email from their support department suggesting I reinstall the software, which I've done, and it still doesn't run. I was given a confirmation number and was told the product would ship in 4-6 business days. After a month with no product, no response to emails or phone calls, I checked with my bank to see if the amount had been debited. Indeed, and then some... to the tune of $84.98. I had signed up for a free trial of Natra Pure through a website that I came across. It stated the first bottle was "absolutley free" and I could cancel the membership at any time. This company used telemarketing to contact our company and used high pressure sales to get us to spend over $5000 and a fake GURANTEEED first page ranking above some negative listings that we had, DO NOT LISTEN. They are scammers, they literary stole $2750 from us for 2 months! Do not be a victim, if it is too good to be true, IT IS. We are seeking legal advise against this company and hopefully will put them out of business and in jail soon so they will not be able to make any other victims. CAREFUL WITH THIS BANK YOUR LIFE IS AT STAKE! It is the policy of the bank if you are late even just a couple days they have the right to take money from your savings or checking even if it will overdraw your account. Charge you fees because THEY overdrawn your account, without your knowledge. You can be far from home and end up stranded with no money in your account, and someone from Fifth Third telling you it`s your own fault.
