Gotta call from these guys also, they threatened me saying that I owwed $5000 to someone called soniccash and that if I didnt pay they felt sorry for me, said they were gonna send someone to my house to "deal with me". After researching I found the real soniccash company and was informed this is a fraudulant call, A scam being run from the middle east trying to get money from us. Sonic cash advised me to call 989-497-0580, which ended up being Homeland security. I Ramesh invested Rs, 10, 000 /= They said 1% to 5% rebate will be given to your investment. But now they said you must invest Rs100 per day then only we give the rebate.They are doing absolutely wrong.

Finally some good news. I posted my complaint on here about being ripped off by FWM Laboratories (Acaiberry).
Since my complaint, I turned them into the West Palm Beach BBB. Also, emailed these 3 email addresses - [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. I demanded a refund and told them that I filed a complaint with the BBB. Honestly, I didn't expect a response but about 10 days later, I got one. They refunded my $87.13. After hearing this product promoted on TV for 'only 9.95' including 2 tubes of fixit and a free hand held vacuum I went to the web site. The web site indicated that shipping and handling charges would be added to the cost.
In order to see what the shipping/handling costs were, I filled out information that included my address and credit card number. With shipping and handling, the cost would be $32, 50 - a long cry from the advertised price.

I was contacted by P. Scott Lowery Law Offices concerning a loan that was in default. They demanded I pay $2600 by the end of the month. I explained I could not do that amount, but was willing to make monthly payment in the amount of $150 via automatic withdrawal. After much debate over the payment amount, they finally agreed. Use any other authorized repair service but this one (owned by Sears Robuck)!!! A very rude A&E representative quoted me by phone $65 for a service call for my leaking Whirlpool washer, which included diagnosing the problem and telling me what was wrong. Parts and labor for repair would be additional. After reading other reviews I guess I was lucky, and the service person actually showed up on time. I ordered the product, Acia Advanced, after I read that Dr. OZ had recommended it. I then learned (after I ordered it) that unauthorized charges are made to your credit card by that company, in that they place in the small print, apparently, that they are doing that, but I never saw it. I was gauranteed that my credit card would not be charged unless I made money within 24 hours. As soon as I looked at what the job was really all about I realized it was the same scam I had been stuck with before and immediatly emled the company and told them I wanted nothing to do with setting up a website and selling all those CD"S about how to get rich and I had no intention of using the program and wanted my money back. I tried to cancel my account - 4th attempt, no one answers the phone, emails accomplish nothing.
I signed up for 1 month of website hosting on July 30, then cancelled the next day - the one month was intentional as my client's regular host had temporary problems and webserve.ca was just a stop-gap. I was immediately disgruntled by the fact I couldn't call their office (was doing so because email response to my question was useless). I sold approx. $150 worth of essays on this website. According to the site, once you reach $35 you can request payment. I had about $52 of funds after their 40% cut when I requested a check. That was almost a month ago. The site claims to send checks out every two weeks and I have yet to see mine. Continuous tickets have been opened on their support site with no response. I hired American Moving Services for my move - big mistake. They told me that the pickup of my stuff would be either June 12 or June 13. I told them it was very important, and that if those dates couldn't be met, I would have to make other arrangements. They told me the pickup would be on one of those two days.

Slomin's Shield offers a free alarm system installation. The problem is you better not move within 5 years!
We contacted a sales person for Slomin's a little over a year ago to come out to our home to go over the product and the contract with us. Michael Hoyle was who came out to talk to us. I have sent 3 emails to this company asking where my order is. All have been ignored. No information has been sent about my order and yet this company are happy to charge my account.
I understand that sometimes products may not be available and that I may have to be placed on back order. However it is bad customer service not to inform me of this.
I am even more angry that this site is actually the official site for one of my favourite bands, so I expect a better level of competence and service.

They have told these potential buyers that iam in forclousure and they can purchase my home for half the asking price! I purchased three couches and a dining room table and chairs. The chairs arrived they are beautiful. the first couch arrived it was not the same as the floor model (significantly different seating cushion) I called and told them they said there would be a 30 percent restocking fee on the couch and the other two that I had not rec. yet .

Please be aware that Brawny's "new" paper towels leave a terrible lint residue on anything and everything.
There was a time when I would only use Brawny because of their towel size and they were basically lint-free.
The new towels, though softer, are full of lint that make things look nasty and unclean.
Clean windows with the paper towels and you will find the lint left behind by the towels.
