unknown credit card charge
I have a charge on my credit card statement from the above company and I do not know what it is for. There is no phone number on the statement charge only DRI Symantec Gateway www.myord.comMN.
The charge is $143.53. Can you help me find out what this is for?

NO DOWNLOAD
I like many others I have read, responded to the Norton reminder that I needed to renew the check from Norton. It was never downloaded to my computer, but was charged to my credit card by www.myord.commn. I am surprised that a company with a NAME in the software/computer business allows this to be present on their site when a new computer is purchased. I guess they find it amusing that sooo many people would trust such a site.

CREDIT CARD CHARGE
I HAVE A CHARGE ON MY VISA ACCOUNT FOR $174.98 AND I HAVE NOT BOUGHT ANYTHING AND WOULD LIKE THIS CHARGED REMOVED. THE TRANSACTION DATE WAS 8/17/08 AND POSTING DATE WAS 8/18/08. MY STATEMENT ALSO SHOWS A NUMBER BELOW THE DRI SYMANTEC GATEWAY NAME AS 250789942. I HAVE CONTACTED GATEWAY, 9-24-08 BUT THEY SHOW NOTHING. PLEASE CONTACT ME AT 916-363-1546 ASAP.

paid for download/update & never received the download
Norton software reminded me that my subscription expired and asked if I wanted to renew. I responded yes, gave my credit card information and authorized the download. The download never occurred. Norton continues to inform me that my subscription expired; however, the company that was linked to Norton for payment, www.myord.com, aka DRI Symantec Gateway, charged my credit card $69.98 for this update. I have been unable to contact them for a reimbursement.
